Once an order is submitted, it may NOT be cancelled or refunded for any reason. 

Human hair extensions are considered to be a hygienic product and therefore all sales are FINAL.

However, if the hair extensions purchased arrive defective in any way, within reason, we are more than happy to provide a refund within SEVEN (7) DAYS of the date the order was delivered. In order to be considered for a refund, you must contact us first to initiate the return. Items must be mailed back within SEVEN DAYS after receiving.

The bundle seal and hang tags MUST still be attached to the hair in order to receive a refund. Once your order is received and inspected, we will process a refund.

You are responsible for paying the return shipping cost which will be deducted from your refund.

We will not refund the original shipping cost.

All orders are shipped via UPS. Our processing time is 2 full business days to prepare your order BEFORE shipping. This processing time also includes Next Day Air orders. The shipping speed chosen applies after your order has been processed. Shipping speed is defined as the time it takes UPS to deliver your order to you. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number to the email address provided with the purchase.

​During major sales or holidays, processing times may take up to 4 business days.

​We do not process or ship any orders on weekends or holidays.

UPS Ground (1-5 business days) without Insurance

UPS Ground (1-5 business days) with Insurance

Next Day Air without Insurance

Next Day Air with Insurance

All orders where insurance is purchased with shipping, will be insured for the FULL purchase amount. If you choose to not purchase Insurance with your order, your order will ONLY be insured for up to $200.

​We are NOT responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages.  Please choose your shipping option carefully. Please be sure to purchase Insurance with your order so that you are protected from these unwanted circumstances.
