Our Luxe Virgin Deep Wave is a super fun and flirty loose wave texture. Versatile and easy to style, this texture can be worn in its natural state, straightened, or curled while still maintaining its luxurious look and softness.
Our hair is thick from weft to ends and designed to blend beautifully while providing long-lasting fullness. To help define the waves and minimize frizz, we recommend using a lightweight leave-in conditioner.
With proper care and maintenance, our hair can last 2+ years.

Once an order is submitted, it may NOT be cancelled or refunded for any reason.
Human hair extensions are considered to be a hygienic product and therefore all sales are FINAL.
However, if the hair extensions purchased arrive defective in any way, within reason, we are more than happy to provide a refund within SEVEN (7) DAYS of the date the order was delivered. In order to be considered for a refund, you must contact us first to initiate the return. Items must be mailed back within SEVEN DAYS after receiving.
The bundle seal and hang tags MUST still be attached to the hair in order to receive a refund. Once your order is received and inspected, we will process a refund.
You are responsible for paying the return shipping cost which will be deducted from your refund.
We will not refund the original shipping cost.

All US orders are shipped via UPS. International orders may be shipped via UPS or DHL.

The shipping method you select at checkout refers to the transit time and begins after your order has been shipped.
During major sales or holidays, processing times may take up to 4 business days.
We do not process or ship any orders on weekends or holidays.
We offer 4 shipping options:
UPS Ground (1-5 business days) without Insurance
UPS Ground (1-5 business days) with Insurance
Next Day Air without Insurance
Next Day Air with Insurance
All orders where insurance is purchased with shipping, will be insured for the FULL purchase amount. If you choose to not purchase Insurance with your order, your order will ONLY be insured for up to $200.
We are NOT responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Please choose your shipping option carefully. Please be sure to purchase Insurance with your order so that you are protected from these unwanted circumstances.
