Our Brazilian Natural Wave is our favorite texture because of its versatility. The wave pattern is a loose, natural wave, similar to body wave. You can wear it in its natural state, straight, or curled. Our hair is thick from weft to tip and can be straightened or curled easily. You do not need to add any product to the hair because it naturally has its own shine. With proper care and maintenence, our hair can last 2+ years.
If the site is only allowing you to choose a certain quantity, that is all that is left in stock.
- Single donor hair
- No chemical processing/no smell
- Minimal shedding. We recommend sealing your wefts to ensure the least amount of shedding possible
- Hair can be dyed up to #613
- Our Virgin hair comes in a natural black/brown color, in between #1B-#2
- We cannot guarantee the color of each bundle but will try to accomodate special requests, if possible
- Each bundle weighs approx. 3.2-3.5 oz. Wefts are hand-sewn and therefore may differ in length between each bundle
Number of bundles recommended for a full head:
12" - 16" (2-3 bundles)
18" - 20" (3-4 bundle)
22" - 26" (3-5 bundles)

Once an order is submitted, it may NOT be cancelled or refunded for any reason.
Human hair extensions are considered to be a hygienic product and therefore all sales are FINAL.
However, if the hair extensions purchased arrive defective in any way, within reason, we are more than happy to provide a refund within SEVEN (7) DAYS of the date the order was delivered. In order to be considered for a refund, you must contact us first to initiate the return. Items must be mailed back within SEVEN DAYS after receiving.
The bundle seal and hang tags MUST still be attached to the hair in order to receive a refund. Once your order is received and inspected, we will process a refund.
You are responsible for paying the return shipping cost which will be deducted from your refund.
We will not refund the original shipping cost.

Please allow (2) business days processing time FOR ALL ORDERS before your package ships. Once shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
During major sales or holidays, processing times may take up to 4 business days.
We do not process or ship any orders on weekends or holidays.
We offer 2 shipping speeds:
- UPS Ground (1-5 business days)
- Next Day Air (after the processing time)
You can choose to add on a signature requirement, shipping insurance, or both to any shipping speed.
All orders where shipping insurance is purchased, will be insured against loss, damage, or theft for the FULL purchase amount. If you choose to not purchase shipping insurance with your order, your order will ONLY be insured for up to $200.
We are NOT responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Please choose your shipping option carefully. Please be sure to purchase shipping insurance with your order so that you are protected from these unwanted circumstances.
For any packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged, and where shipping insurance was purchased, please contact us via email and we will help guide you through the claim process.
If you did not purchase shipping insurance, you will only be covered for $200.
